Why Choose the DYD 4K Smart Projector?

The DYD 4K Smart Projector is built for home theater in rooms that aren't fully dark. A heavy-duty 180W light engine pushes out 1500-2200 ANSI Lumens depending on region, so native 1080P images with 4K decoding and HDR10 contrast stay bright and vivid even with some ambient light in the room. AI Auto Focus and Auto Keystone correction lock in a sharp, rectangular image within about three seconds, even if the projector gets bumped, and the 360° detachable metal stand makes it easy to project onto a wall, floor or ceiling for lying-in-bed movie nights. Built-in apps bring Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube and live TV directly to the projector without an external streaming stick, backed by 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage for fast app switching, while MEMC motion smoothing keeps fast-moving sports and gaming free of motion blur. Instead of the thin 5W speakers found in most projectors, the DYD packs 30W Dolby Audio speakers with HDMI eARC, so it doubles as a soundbar and projector in one compact device for movies, gaming, or watching the game.

Customer Reviews

A legitimate choice for anyone who hates cable clutter — Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube are built in and run smoothly thanks to the large memory. 1500 ANSI Lumens are bright enough for daytime viewing, and MEMC means no motion blur for sports and gaming. AI Auto Focus and Keystone fix the image in 3 seconds, and the 360° stand lets you project onto the ceiling for the ultimate lying-in-bed movie night. The 30W speakers actually have bass, though HDMI eARC is there if you want a high-end soundbar.

A perfect addition to any home, and also makes a great gift for Christmas or other major life events. It has an amazingly clear picture and ample sound for the price — we've been pleasantly surprised with it so far.

At $150 this was a good purchase. I bought a quality screen and the picture looks good after dusk.

Positively surprised by this projector — needed a quick replacement after my old Sanyo died, and it's technically interesting. The remote control feels premium and responsive, not like a cheap LED-strip remote, and everything reacts instantly with none of the app lag my LG TV has. The picture is sharp, with auto focus, auto keystone, and the option to adjust manually too. Brightness at 1500 lumens beats my old 1200-lumen projector despite a more compact build.

Vincent

Received this projector and I'm very satisfied. The image is excellent and it handles the Switch very well. Focus adjustments are easy, and the sound is excellent — no need for an extra soundbar. You can hear the fan, but it stays quiet overall. The only downside is the size — it's a bit bulky and heavy (+4kg).

Alexis

An absolute game-changer for home cinema. Picture quality is impressively sharp and contrasty even in daylight thanks to the 1500 ANSI Lumens. The integrated smart system with Netflix and Prime Video means no separate streaming stick is needed, and setup takes just seconds thanks to AI auto focus and auto keystone. Thanks to the flexible 360° metal stand I can project films straight onto my bedroom ceiling. The sound completely surprised me too — the built-in 30W Dolby Audio speakers are powerful and deep.
